Vice President Joe Biden is sitting down for breakfast in Seattle this morning.

He is headlining a fundraiser for Senator Patty Murray's bid for a fourth term in the U.S. Senate.

The breakfast at the Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle will raise money for Murray's campaign this November.

Senator Murray will face a number of challengers this fall, including state Sen. Don Benton, Chris Widener, Sean Salazar, Clint Didier, Craig Williams, Arthur Coday Jr. and Rod Rieger.

Senator Murray told us how she feels about the possibility she could lose her seat.

"I am responsible for getting out and asking people for their vote and telling people what I believe in," Sen. Murray said. "It's a democracy, and people choose at election time who they want to represent them. I want to keep fighting for the people of Washington state and that's what I'm focused on."

The fundraiser was scheduled to start at 8 a.m. Friday. The price of attending the breakfast ranges from $150 to $2,500.

After the fundraiser, Vice President Biden will make his way to Vancouver, B.C. to attend the 2010 Winter Olympics.
