Mizeur in Western Maryland
Del. Heather Mizeur, D-Montgomery, who has announced that she will run for governor in the 2014 elections, will be speaking about her vision for the state at an event today in Friendsville, Garrett County, Md.
Her speech is expected to focus on economic development, education and environmental protection, according to an email from her campaign.
The event is being held at Friendsville Community Park from 6 to 8 p.m.
