Four teens were arrested for a string of break-ins. Two of them are players on Ottawa Hills Varsity football team.

17-year-old Ray Freeman and 17-year-old Kendrae Mayberry were in court today, charged with two counts of home invasion. Police say the two were caught yesterday red-handed, coming out of a home on Village Springs Drive in Ada Township.

Investigators think they may be involved in nine break-ins just within the past few days.

School leaders say Freeman was known around the high school as not only an excellent athlete but a good student as well. They say he had a good chance to earn a scholarship and play college football.

Both players will not be allowed to play in tomorrow's game. Two other teens were also arrested for the crime, but they're being treated as minors.
