Corporal Nick Roush was laid to rest with full military honors Tuesday in his home town of Middleville. Hundreds of family and friends showed up at First Baptist Church to pay their respects. Speakers included Roush's grandfather, brother, and the soldier who fought next to him on the front lines.

"I love you Nick, thank you for being the man I hope to be someday," said his brother Bobby.

A long procession then led Roush to his final resting place at Mount Hope Cemetary.

Roush was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan on August 16. The special ops soldier was 22 years old.
