Tuesday traffic: I-83 cleared after accident, tractor trailer fire

Interstate 83 in Baltimore County was cleared Tuesday morning after an accident occurred in the southbound lanes, past exit 24 to Belfast Road. Northbound lanes, near Mount Carmel Road, also appear to be cleared after a tractor trailer caught fire, according to the state highway administration.
