As of 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, two southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Baltimore before exit 57 to O'Donnell Street were closed due to a two-vehicle accident, state highway officials reported.
In Anne Arundel County, one off ramp lane was closed on Maryland 100 at Maryland 2.
