Baltimore police are investigating a pair of shootings that occurred late Saturday and Sunday afternoon in the city's Upton neighborhood.
A man with a gunshot wound to his leg walked into a Baltimore hospital at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
The unidentified man, who is 26, told Baltimore police he was shot about 11:45 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of W. Lanvale St. He walked to University of Maryland Medical Center for treatment.
About 2:30 p.m. Sunday, police found an unidentified 23-year-old man shot in the leg in the 1200 block of Druid Hill Avenue, police said.
The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment, police said.
The locations of the two shootings are about a block away from each other.
Detectives were still investigating the shootings late Sunday, and because of their proximity were trying to determine whether they were related, said Det. Jeremy Silbert, a police spokesman.
Police had no further information.
