Toxicology tests on driver in fatal crash show alcohol, painkillers

A Dundalk woman who died after she drove her car the wrong way onto the Baltimore Beltway, striking another vehicle and killing a 3-year-old last month, had alcohol and painkillers in her blood, a police spokesman said.
