The June 9-10 event, in Baltimore near the Arundel line, consisted of an outdoor music festival and laser light show and attracted thousands of young revelers and dancers.
The following seven people were arrested in the vicinity of the park by Anne Arundel police or Maryland Transportation Authority Police, who were working together on drug enforcement:
Two men, James Donald Ruffin, 26, of Sandy Spring, Ga., and Jacob Asa Windeagle Ridgeway, 20, of Silver Spring, were each arrested and charged with possession, possession with intent to distribute and distributing LSD, police said.
Andrew Mark Goodman, 20, of Howard Beach, N.Y., was arrested and charged with possession of MDMA and possession, possession with intent to distribute and distributing marijuana, police said.
Summer Sunshine Broeckx-Smith, 19, of Albany, N.Y., was arrested and charged with possession of MDMA, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
David Phillip Shuttleworth, of Garnett Valley, Pa. — who turned 19 on June 9 — was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two women, Lindsey Buchanan Welling, 20, of Lutherville, and Ashleigh Shannon Dulman, 19, of Mansfield, Mass., were each charged with possession of marijuana.
Police confiscated a total of 20 grams of suspected marijuana, two MDMA pills, almost 10 grams of liquid and tab-form LSD, and $384.
