Man found shot to death in Frankford area

Police find victim's body in wooded area

A 26-year-old Pikesville man found shot to death Thursday in the Frankford neighborhood has been identified.

Warren Joshua Boone of the 4700 block of Hawskbury Road was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police had responded at about 3:30 p.m. to the 5100 block of Goodnow Road for a report of a body. Officers discovered the victim's body in a wooded area.

Happyhour, you need get a better understanding of how the spin works. Violent crime HAS been decreasing, but it stopped decreasing in 2010 and is now increasing. When O'Malley and Blake talk about the results they have made personally decreasing violent crime they conveniently forget to mention they are quote stats and studies that terminate in 2010. 2011 and 2012 data is ignored in their propaganda.

This poor guy and his killer, just havn't been listening to Mayor Blake and Governor O'Malley, when they laud the decreasing rate of crime in Baltimore. Come on people! Time to listen to your leaders spin the alternate web of reality!
