City police are investigating a fatal stabbing Monday in the Broadway East neighborhood.
Officers responded at 3:37 p.m. to the 1800 block of North Rutland Ave., where they found an unidentified man lying in the street and bleeding from his chest.The victim, who is listed as a John Doe, died at 4:24 p.m. at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
