A 19-year-old woman employee of the Panera Bread in the 6600 block of Ritchie Highway told police a man entered the restroom, placed his hand underneath the stall and shot photos of her with his cellphone camera. The man, described as 6-feet-tall with a thin build, fled the restaurant immediately after the incident.
