A flawed, inconsistent police response to sexual assault in Maryland

Reisterstown Road

The trek to downtown via Reisterstown Road was a non-event, and obviously not the most popular route for those looking to escape what had been chalked up as the I-83 Monday morning nightmare. Traffic was lighter than most normal days, when cars pack Pikesville's main street hoping to get as far ahead of the JFX delays by detouring to hop on at Northern Parkway. The only delays today were caused by the usual block-by-block traffic lights, that never seem to turn in unison. Would highly recommend. Departed top of beltway: 8:10 a.m. Arrived on Calvert Street: 8:50 p.m. — Erica Green
