48, Chef; co-owner, Foreman Wolf Five successful restaurants in 18 years, with no copying, each its own thing. That's almost unheard of. But Baltimore has come to take Cindy Wolf's winning streak for granted. With her partner Tony Foreman, Wolf has not only helped to keep the city's dining standards high, but has also mentored, groomed and otherwise nurtured a generation of young chefs. Some of them, like Mario Cano-Catalan (Pazo), Kiko Wilson (Johnny's) and Julian Marucci (Cinghiale) have stayed in the Foreman-Wolf family. Others, like Duff Goldman, of "Ace of Cakes" fame, have made their name elsewhere. "Being able to provide opportunities for staff to develop their professions," she said "... is very important to me."
