Hurricane Able
September 1, 1952 - Storm damage is surveyed in Ellicott City as the flash flood resulting from Able washed 21 cars down Main Street, along with household furnishings and store merchandise. Here some of the cars are shown piled up near the depot yard at Main Street and Maryland Avenue.
