Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

RiverJazz festival kicks off second year at SteelStacks in Bethlehem

Instead of a five-day festival, this year's RiverJazz is a series of free and ticketed shows that begins with a free concert at 6 p.m. May 10 by the Eric Mintel Quartet on the Air Products Town Square.

What hasn't changed is that it will offer top national talent, highlighted by 14-time Grammy Award winner Bela Fleck and banjo-player extraordinaire playing with The Marcus Roberts Trio on May 23 and former "Tonight Show" bandleader (and former Allentown resident) Kevin Eubanks on May 25, the final day of the fest. Both play in the Musikfest Cafe at the ArtsQuest Center.
