Allentown celebrates 250th anniversary

The "Points of Pride" parade and festival was held on Saturday as part of the cities 250 years anniversary celebration. The parade began at William Allen High School and the first five divisions each represented a different 50 year period in the cities history beginning with its founding by William Allen in 1762. The last division represented Allentown's look into the future. Many vendors lined the street and music played all afternoon in the center of the city.
