Krakowski was nominated for outstanding supporting actress for a comedy series for her work on " 30 Rock," which received a record 22 nominations. "I was watching [the nominations] on TV," Krakowski told The Times, "and I was so thrilled that our show and Alec [Baldwin] and Tina [Fey] got nominated but I couldnt find a list of any of the other categories. Then a friend called and said, Congratulations, and I was like, 'No, no, no. I dont believe you.' "We have to find it online to make sure that its real," she continued. "And then someone from NBC sent over a list and I was like, Ohmigod. It is real.' Its so exciting for me. Its my first nomination. Im so thrilled for the whole show that we got 22 nominations. Im so proud to be a part of the show." As for how she'll celebrate, Krakowski said, "Tonight, Im going to see a play ['God of Carnage'] with my parents. I've had the tickets for a while; it just happen to coincide with this exciting day. Maybe well crack open a bottle of champagne."
