Md. casinos are pumping out billions for education. So why are there school budget deficits?

Frank Sinatra

Frank Sinatra Old Blue Eyes had quit making movies after 1970’s “Dirty Dingus McGee.” Unfortunately he made his comeback — he was also one of the producers — in the 1980 “The First Deadly Sin.” Not only was the movie pretty deadly, it was Frankie’s first R-rated film. It’s a grisly affair in which Sinatra’s New York detective becomes obsessed with a series of killings while his wife, played by Faye Dunaway, lies dying in a hospital from a kidney condition.
