Leighton's gossip-inducing lawsuit

No "XOXO" here. "Gossip Girl" star <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB005362" title="Leighton Meester" href="/topic/entertainment/television/leighton-meester-PECLB005362.topic">Leighton Meester</a> <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/gossip/2011/07/leighton-meester-constance-meester-lawsuits-botox.html" target="blank">filed a lawsuit</a> in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging money mishandling and lies on the part of her mother, Constance, who fired back almost immediately with a lawsuit claiming a verbal agreement for a payday. Constance claims she was promised a raise in her allowance from $7,500-per-month to $10,000-per-month that would give her mother enough money to take care of her ill son... and, um, get plastic surgery, Botox, fillers and hair extensions.
