The rapper has had plenty of luck when it comes to Grammys. He has 10 wins to his name, but all are in the genre fields. This year, voters took a pass on nominating his “Love Lockdown,” but the artist still managed to find his way into the general field, thanks to British R&B/pop singer Estelle.<br>

He’s slated to perform “American Boy” on the telecast with Estelle, and the tune is up for song of the year. But it’s not the favorite, as it will compete against “Viva la Vida” from <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB005290" title="Coldplay" href="/topic/entertainment/music/coldplay-PECLB005290.topic">Coldplay</a> and “Chasing Pavements” from Adele.
