Quake relief slow in Peru

Some of the new houses donated for quake victims by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in the town of Chincha in southern Peru. Thousands of victims still live in shelters two years after the devastating temblor and Venezuela’s gift adds to the pressure on President Alan Garcia to do more.
