After winning the hearts of TV critics for his 2009 Emmy emcee debut and successfully guiding three years of Tony Awards to fruition, this "host-savant" is slated to anchor both this year's Tony Awards and Emmy Awards shows. "A preternaturally talented performer who manages to project an Everyman humility, Harris should probably host everything, including each year's first joint session of Congress," Mary McNamara writes for The Times.
