Donor to Baltimore police surveillance program says privacy debate 'healthy'

More than two dozen state attorneys general are urging retailers, including Walgreens and Wal-Mart, to stop selling tobacco. The requests comes less than two months after CVS Caremark Corp. said it would stop selling cigarettes, like those shown above in a California store.
