( Robert Caplin / For The New York Times ) Lebbeus Woods, the conceptual architect whose designs were seldom realized but whose influence has been widespread, died in November at 72. His experimental illustrations evoked futuristic buildings and cityscapes , and were exhibited in galleries. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is planning a show of his work beginning in February. |
