Sen. Judd Gregg has withdrawn his nomination as Commerce secretary, becoming the third nominee to drop out of President's Obama's Cabinet before being confirmed. "We are functioning from a different set of views on many critical items of policy," Gregg said in a statement released by his Senate office. Gregg, 61, a Republican from New Hampshire, was named to replace New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, Obama's first choice for Commerce secretary.
