Diane Keaton took her fashion cues from another old-Hollywood-heavy: Katharine Hepburn. Like Keaton, Hepburn was a style rebel in her time eschewing the reigning sex kitten-look for a more masculine style, complete with loose-fitting trousers and mens neckties.
