German swimmer Paul Biedermann celebrates after winning the men's 200-meter freestyle final at the FINA short-course swimming World Cup in Berlin on Sunday. He broke his own world record, finishing with a time 1 minute, 39 seconds, beating out a record he set a year ago at the same meet.
