Leonard Rosenman, conducting at the Festival of Contemporary Music, spent as much time on his concert music as his film music. The composer, who also wrote chamber music and taught piano, won Oscars for his work on "Barry Lyndon" (1975) and "Bound for Glory" (1976) and Emmys for his music for "Sybil" (1976) and "Friendly Fire" (1979).
