Gen. David H. Petraeus leads the Holocaust Day of Remembrance ceremony inside the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol. In a stunning move, President Obama on Wednesday tapped Petraeus, who once headed U.S. forces in Iraq, to be the new top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, replacing Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal, who resigned over comments he and members of his staff made to Rolling Stone magazine.
