OLD TRICKS: Former TV star Harry Anderson moved to New Orleans in 1999. His club, Oswald's Speakeasy, opened in July, months before Hurricane Katrina. He and his wife, Elizabeth, also opened a magic shop and "Sideshow," which featured tarot cards.
