Scully Cloete, general manager of the Malibu Restaurant Group, stands in front of The Beachcomber Cafe, a restaurant scheduled to open July 3 on the Malibu Pier.  The building once housed Alice's Restaurant, named after the famous Arlo Guthrie song, which gained fame for serving its legendary B-52 cocktail to droves of visitors.
