Arlene Moorman, who alleged that boxer Mike Tyson raped her, sits beside attorney Gloria Allred. Days earlier the San Bernardino County district attorney's office had said it would not file rape charges against Tyson because it lacked evidence to prove the case to a jury. "My suffering has been magnified by their decision," Moorman said at the news conference at Allred's office. Moorman accused Tyson of sexually assaulting her the month before in a home he was renting near Big Bear Lake. The former heavyweight champion had been training there for an upcoming fight.
