Mel Shaw helped set the style for the 1942 Disney classic "Bambi" and many others from the studio, including "Fantasia” (1940), “The Fox and the Hound” (1982) and his final Disney project, 1994’s “The Lion King.” Shaw also sculpted throughout his career.
