JUSTICEEric H. Holder Jr., who was the first black deputy attorney general during the Clinton administration, is Barack Obama's nominee for attorney general. Holder is expected to face questions in the Senate about his role in investigating pardons issued by the Clinton administration, particularly the one granted to fugitive financier Marc Rich.
