Fellman cabin 4

The console in the living room is an old Victorian sewing table. It didn't have a shelf, so I just parked an old wooden sled from Germany underneath it. The old parade flags came from a thrift store, and the pine cones are from the yard. In Los Angeles, I sell antlers covered in Swarovski crystals, but that would look ridiculous in Big Bear, so I took this old deer head Jim Beam bottle from my grandfather's collection to Filament Lighting, www.filamentlightingla.com, on La Brea and had it made into a lamp. I made the curtains from old German velvet trimmed with crochet on the bottom and lined in cotton. They warm up the room, and when they're closed you can sleep all day.
