Large segments of the classic 1941 Maxwell home, by renowned Southern California architect Richard Neutra, are transported along Sunset Boulevard in August. Cutting it up was the only way for the structure to make the Brentwood-to-Angelino Heights move. The reason for the move in the first place? To spare the home from razing.
