Zikansley Sima, middle, plays in the kindergarten at the Yahve-Jire Children's Foundation in Tabarre, Haiti. The orphanage is supported by Western Boulevard Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, N.C. The facility is housing 14 children in the wake of the January earthquake that ravaged the country.
