Salvaging lives on Malabon River

So-called "bridge people" dismantle their hovels beneath the C-4 Bridge that spans the Malabon River. Thousands of impoverished people have long built their homes beneath the numerous bridges that span the meandering waterways of metropolitan Manila, a city where millions live in poverty.
