'American Idol': Watch a sneak preview of Season 13 highlights

Sounds like "American Idol" is humming a new tune: "Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive."

Fox on Wednesday released a 4½-minute sneak preview of highlights from Season 13 of the singing contest, which premieres Jan. 15.

Included is the first real look at new judge Harry Connick Jr., who is joining Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez at the judging table. Lopez, who spent two seasons on the show previously, is returning to the program after a year away.

The sneak seems to suggest that "Idol" is aiming for uplift — as well as a connection between the judges and the young hopefuls. Urban challenges one contestant to look into the camera and claim her intention to win the show. Another greets the judging trio by covering an Urban tune.

What do you think of the clip? Will you watch Season 13?
