( Columbia / July 26, 2012 ) Carey's music chart success continued with the release of "Merry Christmas" in 1994. The album is a collection of Christmas song covers and original pieces written and arranged by Carey and longtime collaborator Walter Afanasieff. The album sold incredibly well worldwide, particularly in Japan, and is the best-selling Christmas album of all time. |
