'Batman Begins' | 2005

Neeson played a pivotal character in Batman's life in Christopher Nolan's record-breaking "Dark Knight" franchise. As League of Shadows vigilante Henri Ducard (secretly Ra's al Ghul), Neeson trains Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne in the arts of combat and stealth -- skills Wayne uses to become Batman. Neeson is slated to reprise the role in 2012's "The Dark Knight Rises."
