"Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me... I will be a'ight," Cannon tweeted late Wednesday.

Nick Cannon is recovering in a Los Angeles hospital from what his wife Mariah Carey calls "mild kidney failure." The "America's Got Talent" host was first admitted in Aspen, Colo. during a family holiday trip and later moved closer to home. "Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me... I will be a'ight," Cannon tweeted late Wednesday.
