Orioles-Blue Jays games in Toronto no longer your typical slugfests

'Clybourne Park'

If the title sounds familiar, it probably means you aced your high school English class or you were paying attention to the 2011 Pulitzer Prize winner for drama. Bruce Norris' play revolves around the house in the neighborhood made famous in Lorraine Hansberry's 1959 drama "A Raisin in the Sun." The play, which also won the 2011 Olivier Award for best new play, will premiere at the Mark Taper Forum on Jan. 25 (with previews starting Jan. 11). And if you need a refresher on "A Raisin in the Sun," you can catch the Ebony Repertory Theatre's Ovation-winning production at the Taper's sister venue, the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City. That production begins previews on Jan. 19, with the opening set for Jan. 22.
