Poll by KY3 and Survey USA

SPRINGFIELD -- A new KY3 poll from Survey USA shows a likely outcome to this Tuesday's  election in Missouri.

The results indicate 51% of 700 people surveyed would vote for Senator Claire McCaskill to stay in office...defeating Republican Representative Todd Akin, who has 36%t approval.  Libertarian Jonathan Dine has 8%.

In the race for Missouri governor, SurveyUSA reports 48% of people surveyed want Governor Jay Nixon to stay in office over Republican challenger Dave Spence. Spence took 39% in the poll.

As for the race for the White House, Republican Mitt Romney is poised to take the Show-Me State.  The survey shows him with 50-percent of voter support, compared to President Barack Obama with 43-percent.

The margin of error on all of the results range from 3.7% to 4.1% percent.  SurveyUSA broke those results down further into different demographics, such as gender, age and income.  You can find the complete results HERE.
