Man kicked off plane for refusing to pull up pants

We've come a long way from the days when flying was a luxury.

From the cramped seats to the "unknowns" in our personal space, who can blame a fella for wanting to dress comfortably?

From time to time, we're reminded that there is somewhat of a dress code (or more of a dress courtesy).

A man on a Spirit Airlines flight fromO'Hare International Airport was a bit wardrobe challenged, rocking some saggy pants.

Flight attendants asked him to simply pull his bottoms up. Instead of kindly obliging, the flight attendants say he and his traveling lady friend became verbally abusive and made physical threats.

Since this was no longer a proper attire problem, the cops were called, and the couple was escorted off of the plane.

The guy should have paid more attention to the news. Back in June, University of New Mexico football player Deshon Marman was kicked off a flight after refusing to pull up his britches.

And last September, Green Day front-man Billie Joe Armstrong was booted from a flight for the same thing.
