If you are heading down to Walmart in the next few months to pick up some toilet paper, cereal and socks you might also want to take those W-2 forms along.
Walmarts across the country launched tax season Monday with the opening of free tax help kiosks.
Jackson Hewitt Tax Services Kiosks opened in 2,800 Walmart stores to help customers of the mega chain get their 2011 tax returns in order.
Jackson Hewitt tax pros will help customers estimate their tax refunds and inform them about new products and services available this year.
"We've got great, convenient Walmart locations throughout our nationwide system, tax pros ready to meet customer expectations and a new tiered pricing offer that we know will be attractive to Walmart customers and associates alike,” Jackson Hewitt Tax Service CEO Philip H. Sanford said.
