The Oscar-nominated actress has made a not-always-smooth transition from being a bombshell to being a full-on broad. She'll bring her intimidating husky voice and no-nonsense demeanor to the Showtime comedy as Charlie's (Evan Handler) new boss. And knowing this show, all work and no play is not in the cards.
