Freeman Family Japanese Garden at the Mansfield Freeman Center for East Asian Studies of Wesleyan University in Middletown. Japanese-style garden (known as Shoyoan Teien) was built in 1995 by Stephen Morrell, a landscape architect specializing in Japanese-style Gardens.
