No Ice Skates

At the 11th annual WinterFest, Pam Salerno, 40, pulls her daughter, Kaitlyn, 5, (both of <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100202180000" title="New Britain" href="/topic/us/connecticut/hartford-county/new-britain-PLGEO100100202180000.topic">New Britain</a>) along the ice of Stanley Quarter Pond in New Britain.
